Windsor Hills as a very safe family friendly gated community, which is ideal for families with children! Perfect location: We are 2 miles away from Disney World. Half a mile from a main road with tons of restaurants to choose from after a long day at the parks!

Guest Access

Guests have a key-less entry using the digital lock. You'll also have access to the resort amenities during your stay! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: We are the closest building to the clubhouse, so just footsteps away!). The clubhouse has a movie theater, full gym, arcade, and the pool and water park is one of the many highlights of the Windsor hills community!

This B&B was all we expected & more. The location, which was right next to the welcome center & pool, made our stay ideal as used the pool daily when we weren’t at Disney or Universal parks, which also were only 15-25 minutes away. Coming back to the cool condo after a full day at Disney/Universal in the 90 degree heat was very refreshing. Emery was very prompt & responsive to my many questions & requests. The only slight issue we had with the condo was the lighting in the kitchen which was not very well lit. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Orlando area.

The accommodations were perfect. The Condo was very clean! There was not one thing we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved that there were games to play! We love Windsor Hills. The pool, game room, exercise room were all a plus! As well as the concession stand. We really appreciated the excellent communication between you and the onsite manager. The washing machine situation was taken care of in a timely manner!! We will likely come back! Thank you for everything!!

Eu e minha família ficamos hospedados em Hogwarts Haven por 10 dias e nos sentimos em casa por todo o tempo. O anfitrião Emery esteve sempre disponível, mas tudo funcionou tão bem que não foi necessário acioná-lo durante a estadia. O condomínio é muito seguro e possui uma grande piscina aquecida, salão de jogos, academia e um pequeno mercado. O apartamento é impecável, exatamente como nas fotos, com diversos utensílios na cozinha e camas muito confortáveis. Estávamos a 15 minutos dos parques da Disney, o que foi fantástico. Certamente indicarei este local para outras pessoas e espero poder voltar um dia para novas aventuras!

A perfect comfy/cozy place to rest and relax! We really enjoyed our stay and the heated pool was a plus on chilly nights. The unit was as described and had all that we needed. I would stay there again for sure!

Emery and Tricia have a wonderful place. It is spacious and free of clutter. Emery was the most responsive host I have ever interacted with and was super kind and helpful. My favorite part of the stay was all of the Harry Potter detail. There were so many tasteful decorations that would appeal to all fans without being over the top. Every time I looked around I saw another small detail. The area was super close to everything you needed (shopping, food, and Disney parks). The heated pool was amazing. I never would have guessed that we would be swimming at the end of November. Thank you again for the stay. We highly recommend it.

Clean and exactly as described. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The pool temp was very warm which allowed extended swimming times for younger kids. The pool is very large and most of it is 3.5’ deep which is also great for kids. It’s a perfect size condo with nice living room and patio. Well stocked and felt very safe the entire time.

Great stay, the apartment was really well equipped and felt like a home from home. Emery was very informative and helpful ahead of check in and flexible with our check out too which was much appreciated. We'd definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone else looking for a luxury retreat right outside Disney.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The condo had everything we needed and more. It was clean and comfortable and felt like home. It was a fantastic location. 10 min to the parks and it was also steps away from the water park. Emery was super responsive and helpful. We will be staying here every time we come back to Disney, we have been going to Disney for years and our whole family agreed this was the best place we’ve stayed at. Looking forward to our next vacation there! I could not recommend this place more!!!

“Wooooow” were the first words out of my wife’s mouth as soon as we walked in. At one point during our stay, my wife turned to me and even said “I could live here”. We celebrated my sons 9th birthday and so glad we did because it gave off such a “homey” feeling. Everything was perfectly placed. The beds and couches were so comfy, the kitchen was gorgeous and the amenities were great too for the kids to include the pool and game room all within walking distance. Emery and Tricia were terrific hosts from the moment we booked to the day of our check out. So friendly, and accommodating and they made our stay so much better. We had an issue with the TVs the first night, but the next day a technician came out and the TVs were fixed like magic. Not only do we recommend Emery and Tricia and their beautiful place, but we will definitely be booking with them again in the future. Thanks Emery/Tricia. -Dennis
