We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. Their place is truly beautiful and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities for little children—it made traveling so much easier. The location is fantastic, putting us right where we wanted to be. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

Was a great place to stay. Favorite part was the pool area. The kids really enjoyed that the most. Comfortable beds, spacious enough for us to hang out inside and loved the gates community feel. It was clean and well maintained. There was a bit of a smoke smell when we arrived. I mentioned it to the host and they were quick to offer housekeeping and overnighted some glade scent things and an odor remover spray. The spray was very helpful and the smell disappeared right away. I appreciated the quick accommodation. There was no shampoo, conditioner or shower soap which we were aware of beforehand. A couple extra rolls of toilet paper would be nice next time. We ran out halfway through the week. Thankfully, Walmart is very close. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay with the family right near the parks and the pool and waterpark area in the facility was amazing for the kids. I would repeat and recommend it. Host was amazing with communication even let us have a late check out, which is great because we had a late flight.

This B&B was all we expected & more. The location, which was right next to the welcome center & pool, made our stay ideal as used the pool daily when we weren’t at Disney or Universal parks, which also were only 15-25 minutes away.
Coming back to the cool condo after a full day at Disney/Universal in the 90 degree heat was very refreshing.
Emery was very prompt & responsive to my many questions & requests.
The only slight issue we had with the condo was the lighting in the kitchen which was not very well lit.
Would definitely stay here again if we return to Orlando area.

The accommodations were perfect. The Condo was very clean! There was not one thing we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved that there were games to play! We love Windsor Hills. The pool, game room, exercise room were all a plus! As well as the concession stand. We really appreciated the excellent communication between you and the onsite manager. The washing machine situation was taken care of in a timely manner!! We will likely come back! Thank you for everything!!
